Alphabet Preschool's vision for reconciliation is an Australia that embraces unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We acknowledge the Traditional Land Owners, the Wadawurrung People. We recognise and respect the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. We are committed to a journey to reconciliation by having difficult conversations, engaging in active listening with Elders and building community partnerships with First Nations peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.  Our vision is to be a culturally responsive service that is inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives and have a commitment to respectfully embedding these perspectives into all areas of our professional practice. Our vision includes developing strong partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as  we learn, grow, and create an environment where everybody feels a sense of belonging. We will educate children, families, educators, and the community about the cultural diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Â
