At Stepping Stone Curtis Road, our visions for reconciliation is to deepen our knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories and cultures, by working with the local First Nations community to build respectful relationship and fostering a culturally safe environment that respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.   As a centre, we recognise the importance to continue to develop an understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories and cultures. Our RAP aims to provide opportunity for all people, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, to have a sense of belonging at our service.   We strive to create a culturally safe environment where all individuals feel respected and supported. This includes continuing to educate staff and community about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories and the importance of reconciliation. Through collaboration, education, and respect we can contribute to a more inclusive and equitable community.     Â
