 At Sandcastles Chatswood 1, we recognise that reconciliation begins the with us as educators as we teach our youngest learners about reconciliation in education. Our vision for reconciliation is to nurture a preschool community that values respect, understanding, creativity, and connection with nature. We believe that every person can grow to be a thoughtful, inclusive and culturally aware individual. Through meaningful experienceswe recognise and learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, perspectives, and histories. We are committed to building strong relationships with First Nations communities and respectfully embedding reconciliation into our everyday practice, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
