We believe that it starts with respecting and appreciating the heritages and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and building positive and respectful relationships with people, the land, waterways, animals, and communities.  

We believe in a commitment to Early Childhood Research and educators' understanding of theory to ensure that we are actively working on learning, unlearning, and relearning to improve our practices and curriculum. The process of our reconciliation journey marks the beginning of a brighter tomorrow.
