At Fun Club @ Fairy Meadow, we stand for inclusiveness of First Nations peoples. We will continue to respectfully engage with and learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We acknowledge Australia's First Peoples cultures are the oldest living cultures in the world and hold a significant connection to the Country we run our service on. Â Â Â
Children, staff and families will have authentic opportunities to connect with First Nations peoples, histories, cultures and contributions. We aim to develop a deeper understanding of the history and significance of the Country our service lies on, and the Traditional Owners who care for it extending our existing knowledge. Â Â
Our vision for reconciliation is to support unity between all community members so Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can experience equality and equity to the highest standard. We will continue to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives in our Fun Club service. Â Â
We aim to share these commitments with our evolving team of staff, children, and families within our service. Â Â
