Our vision for Explore & Develop Penrith South's Reconciliation Action Plan is to continuously honour and acknowledge the histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We continue to integrate these insights into our educational practices and curriculum, respectfully sharing our learnings, values, and beliefs with the local community as we promote a culturally safe and responsive society.
We strive to deepen our connections with First Nations community members and establish strong partnerships, recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Land.
We are dedicated to actively engaging with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, local government bodies, and First Nations organisations and businesses. We will ensure that our approach remains localised, authentic, and meaningful by continually seeking input, fostering collaboration, and adapting our strategies as needed.
