Buggles Forrestfield’s vision for reconciliation is to demonstrate our continuing commitment to respecting, celebrating, and embracing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures within the service.
Education plays a crucial role in fostering understanding and appreciation of the importance of reconciliation in education, so it's important that Buggles Forrestfield prioritise this in the centre, through respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives into our curriculum, and community.
Building genuine respectful relationships with First Nations communities and embedding an understanding of our shared histories throughout the service will help foster a more inclusive and equitable future. It's our shared goal to promote unity and respect to promote reconciliation.
