VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Wind in the Willows is committed to truth telling and acknowledging the past to foster historical acceptance. We continue to learn about and value the wealth of knowledges held by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We respectfully explore ways to be reflective and inclusive of the cultural diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, within a local context Whadjuk Noongar peoples and how this impacts our understanding of reconciliation. We are committed in our approach to represent the local community and maintaining meaningful connections with families. We ensure that all new team members are inducted into our process and are fully supported in making a positive contribution to the reconciliation process.
