Our vision for reconciliation for Flagstaff Oval Kindergarten is guided by a deep respect for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the Traditional Custodians of this Land. Our vision is to create a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives are valued, their cultural heritages are celebrated and their communities are self determined and empowered. Through meaningful engagement and partnerships and action we strive to build mutual trust, understanding and opportunities for collaboration. Together we will work towards reconciliation, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people co-exist in harmony.
