Our vision for reconciliation is to create and maintain a place where we celebrate and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the diversity in cultures, languages, values, and practices. We promote a greater understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing and being. Â Â Â We recognise our role and responsibility to provide programs that are culturally safe for all children and families including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. Â Â Â We endeavour to respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives into our curriculum and developing a program that authentically embeds Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples ways of knowing, current research and best practice to build bright futures for all children. Â The children at our service are active and informed members of community with knowledge and respect of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives in order for them to thrive together as individuals and as a community.
