We envision reconciliation to be a learning journey. Our journey will be guided by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's knowledges, priorities, and lived experiences. We believe relationships are fundamental and will build reciprocal, responsive, and respectful relationships with members of the local Kaurna community and other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nations. We will act with courage and embrace our vulnerabilities through actively challenging structural barriers, inequalities, and inequities for all people.  In our learning community, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's cultures, histories, perspectives, and voices will be respectfully embedded. We recognise the potential of the community to become advocates, allies, and change makers as we grow a community that is educated and cares for all children as we walk forward towards a unified future.
