At Goodstart Early Learning, our vision for reconciliation is to walk together in unity, hand in hand, acknowledging and valuing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, true histories, providing equitable and equal educational outcomes for all children.  As a service, we remain committed tour Reconciliation Action Plan and strengthening relationships and community partnerships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities that are based on mutual respect and trust. We continue to advocate for reconciliation, through the establishment of strong links between our service, children, families, staff and the local First Nations community. We continue to strive to provide an educational setting that fosters higher  levels of knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander peoples unique cultural rights, histories and contributions.     Â
