We at Highfields Child Care Centre want to ensure that our whole service is deepening awareness and understanding of reconciliation and utilising strategic methods of building and encouraging meaningful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous peoples within our service and local community. We continue to ensure we are educated and committed to providing a culturally inclusive and responsive environment and teaching sustainable and inclusive practices to our new and emerging generations. We strive to learn more and teach children the value of First Nations peoples' culture and perspectives, as we respectfully embed them within our daily practices, conversations & learning experiences.
