At Milestones Early Learning Westbrook we envision a future where all children grow up in a community that acknowledges and celebrates the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoplesparticularly those of the Giabal and Jarowair peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we live and learn. 

We are committed to creating a culturally safe and inclusive environment where reconciliation is lived every day. We believe that fostering respect, truth-telling, and strong relationships begins in early childhood. 

Through meaningful engagement with local Elders and First Nations communities, we aim to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our curriculum, environment, and daily practices. We will support our educators, children, and families to learn about and value the First Peoples of this land, and to walk together in the spirit of mutual respect, understanding, and unity. 

Our vision is for every child in our care to grow up with a deep sense of belonging, identity, and prideempowered to contribute to a reconciled Australia.
