Our educators are committed to continuous learning, reflection, and the unlearning of misinformation, ensuring our practices are informed, culturally respectful, and responsive.  We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which our centre stands and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. We honour and welcome all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who enter our centre.  We are committed to celebrating and respecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families and all children and families within our service. Through inclusive teaching approaches and a diversity of learning styles and values, we strive to meet the needs, strengths, and identities of every child and family.  We envision an equal, equitable, and culturally respectful community that fosters understanding, belonging, and shared responsibility for learning among children, families, and educators.
