Teesdale Kindergarten is committed to reconciliation and our community’s evolving learning, teaching and collaboration, with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures welcomed and appreciated.
We are on a journey of reconciliation which is heartfelt and respectful to the knowledge held by Elders past and present. The understanding of our shared national story will be authentic with acknowledgement of past and current injustices, respect and value for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, beliefs and cultures. We will connect and engage with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in genuine and meaningful ways.
Our Kindergarten is on Wadawurrung Country and we acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the First Peoples of Australia.
