Our vision for reconciliation at Kindy Korner Children Services – Farrell Street is to a reconciled learning environment that integrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives and cultures in the service and local community.
Kindy Korner will continue to embrace unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all other Australians. We are committed to maintaining relationships and connections with the Dharawal community and will strive to strengthen our understandings of local First Nations histories, cultures and aspirations.
Our team will continue to engage with reconciliation on both a personal and professional level, providing an environment that supports social justice and equality. We will support children and families to develop an understanding of the importance of reconciliation and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ heritages and ongoing contributions.
