Our Developing Dreams service guiding values are 'Relationships and Wellbeing'. We work hard to provide an inclusive environment for all to feel safe, valued and respected, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Â
Our vision for reconciliation is one where we holistically embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our routines and practices, creating a space where First Nation peoples cultures are respectfully infused in the experiences we provide, discussions we have and events we either acknowledge or celebrate. Â
With mutual respect and understanding we endevour to foster meaningful partnerships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non- Indigenous Australians. We do this to provide an equal space where we can learn from one another and align with the same values and equal and equitable opportunities towards a reconciled future. Â Â
