At Unity Juniors, our vision for reconciliation is a culturally rich and inclusive environment that respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to forming meaningful relationships with local Elders and community members. 

We strive to embed inclusive practices through regular policy reviews, ensuring our strategies remain appropriate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.  

Our commitment extends to incorporating more stories, resources, and environments that respectfully teach about the histories, experiences and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders and peoples. 

An ongoing Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) will be at the heart of our practices, ensuring reconciliation is embedded into all aspects of our operations.   

Through our actions, we aim to foster understanding, respect, and appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, contributing to a reconciled and united community.
