Our vision for reconciliation is for Milestones Early Learning Leanyer to develop our understanding of and engaging with reconciliation both professionally as well as personally. Through creating both professional and personal engagement with reconciliation we aim to embrace and create unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and other Australians to guide a culture that represents respect, unity, equality acceptance, and removes negative race relations.
Through this vision we aim to show that reconciliation must live within in our hearts, minds, spirits, and actions to assist with laying the foundation to further develop and grow future generations that accept, value, and recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, culture and heritage as a part of our shared identity.
