At Millicent North Primary School, we recognise that our school stands on the Land of the Boandik people.  

We recognise and respect the cultural rights and languages of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  We are committed to working together to create an inclusive and culturally rich learning environment where all students, staff, families and community members feel welcomed, valued and connected. 

We will share our learnings with children as they develop a strong sense of understanding and respect for First Nations cultures, strength, resilience, accomplishments and contributions. 

Our students will be empowered to flourish in education with equal and equitable opportunities to develop a strong sense of identity.  Students will be supported to develop their understanding of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and be provided with opportunities to recognise the histories and cultures of First Nation peoples.
