Lauriston Girls’ School Howqua Campus’ vision for reconciliation is for all to recognise and respect the Traditional Owners of the Land and their strong connections with Country and culture. Howqua is a unique environment and to learn and engage with the Taungurung people and their rich cultural heritage.
Through these relationships, we aim for the wider community to gain mutual respect and awareness of the current affairs and issues that impact First Nations peoples. As lifelong learners, we respectfully share our learnings with the wider community, taking action in the spirit of reconciliation.
