Students place questions that they have about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures into a box. Through safe reflection, discussion and further questioning sessions, students ultimately learn not to keep their questions ‘boxed up,’ as acknowledging what we don’t know is just as important as acknowledging what we do know when it comes to building cultural competence.
