Projects in schools often require collaboration across a number of different stakeholders. Involving the student body in the planning and execution of whole school projects is a great opportunity for students to learn about the role and operation of committees in planning and decision making processes, and the importance of including a diverse range of perspectives in the process, especially when the decisions impact a diverse group of people. In this activity, students form a committee to plan and complete a reconciliation project.
